The Turner Street complex is a build-to-suit medical office building designed for three dental suites including general dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgeon offices. The building design offers separate entries for each suite organized around a shared courtyard. The dental office settles into its rural foothill setting through the use of natural stone and an earth tone color palette.
