Perkins, Williams and Cotterill Architects is a Sacramento-based firm established by Howard Perkins in 1984. We offer Architectural Services with on-time performance, budget-conscious design, and hands-on involvement of the two partners – Brian Williams and Roy Cotterill.
We have deep experience in a range of project types: office, retail, industrial, educational, residential and interiors.
